Project Specifications

The project vision for Wynbrook estate was realised with an emphasis on embracing the natural landscape and maximising the site’s topography.

Through the use of clever design and well-planned subdivisions, the place now has a meandering roadway providing access to impressive parklands. Low-density housing at the entry point gives way to increased density through the development and the retention of river red gums has given impressive aesthetic outcomes.

The site has been well integrated into the broader precinct with pedestrian/cycle pathways and roads providing good access to the primary school and neighbourhood centre within 500m on adjoining sites. This is an excellent example of an infill subdivision
