To use our diverse team to construct 61 warehouses/offices, cafes and six service yards, located just off the Metropolitan Ring Road

This construction now provides a superb mix of small offices/warehouses and cafes, architecturally designed to impress with superb attention to detail. Created from tilt-up wall panels, the warehouses boast a high clear span, container height roller doors and front and rear access. Offices are comfortable, open plan mezzanine spaces and fully carpeted complete with air conditioning. Other features include ample parking, kitchenettes and landscaped gardens for the community to benefit from.

Premises range in size from 170m2 to 500m2 and feature a variety of warehouse, showroom, mezzanine and storage configurations.
